Timeline of the past 12 years
By Sérgio Ferrás

Age 17 - got into Medical School
Age 18 - realize being a doctor is not for me. Dropout and change to Aerospace Eng.
Age 21 - pursue a masters in Finance with a goal of going into business
Age 22 - got rejected from McKinsey, BCG and Bain. Life-crushing moment
Age 22 - reject KPMG offer for M&A, work in Marketing at a local bank for minimum wage
Age 23 - start my first company. Living in a small interior room with no window.
Age 28 - sold my stake after the company grew to over 100 agents, started a new business. Spent 10 months investing and figuring out how to make money
Age 29 - building MyFixio to become the trusted marketplace for home services
It was impossible to imagine all of this would happen! But one thing always stayed with me - keep going. Keep grinding. Keep fighting
Results may take a long time to come, but they show up!
